CORE VALUES

HUMILITY

We remain teachable. We ask questions and seek wisdom. We stay open to correction and growth. Humility reminds us that true strength begins with a willingness to learn.

Forming Whole Leaders

We believe every person is created with purpose and potential. Through training, mentorship, and community, we pursue growth that shapes the entire being - mind, body, character, and spirit.

These virtues guide how we train, how we treat one another, and who we are becoming together.

HONOR

We treat every person with dignity. We respect our teammates, coaches, and community. We care for the spaces entrusted to us. Honor reflects the belief that every person carries God-given worth.

SOLIDARITY

We stand with one another. We show up in moments of challenge and celebration. We rise together. Solidarity reminds us that we are stronger when we walk alongside one another.

WHOLENESS

We train our bodies with discipline. We strengthen our minds with focus. We steady our emotions with maturity. We pursue lives grounded in purpose and faith. Wholeness means becoming who God created us to be.

THE PATH OF FORMATION: Humility shapes how we learn. Honor shapes how we treat people. Solidarity shapes how we live together. Wholeness shapes who we become.
