There two measures that make Embody Unique: discipline that builds strength, and service that builds leaders.

Core Growth Measures

Disciplined Warriors

Strong in body, Strong in spirit

Learning to master your mind and body.

  • Manage emotions in healthy ways

  • Build consistency and discipline

  • Take care of your health through exercise, food and sleep

  • Practice reflection through conversations and journalling

 Goal: Emotional Regulation, Physical Health
Students grow in their ability to manage emotions, make wise decisions, and respond to challenges with self-control. They establish positive habits to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social health.

Courageous Servants

Leading by serving

Learning that real leadership means serving others.

  • Join service projects that help the community

  • Support and encourage younger students

  • Celebrate what it means to lead through service

 Goal: Community Engagement Through Service
Students experience leadership by participating in service opportunities on a regular basis during the semester, learning the value of sacrificial leadership.
