Program Overview:

Mastering your swing mechanics gives you the best chance to play and compete at a high level. Coach Aviles will guide students to learn the high level swing that he has used with high school, collegiate, and professional players over the last 10 years.

We want hitters to feel confident in their swing at every level, this will require consistent effort and hard work over a long period of time.

We will show students how to use their bodies to create the most amount of power possible. They will also learn how to get the barrel of the bat to the ball as QUICKLY as possible, allowing them to be the right combination of contact and power hitters.

    •    Specific drills will be provided and practiced that allow the students to become the best hitters they can be.

    •    We will take video of every participant’s swing so that we can do a detailed video analysis and breakdown. This will allow the participant to know exactly what they need to work on.  

Bonus Athletics and Martial Arts Training Session:

On top of the 90 minute sessions on Thursdays, the recommended donation also includes a 90 minute training session at:
